Our offerings include programs for children and youth, ages 8-17, which vary in length from a couple of days to a week long. In addition to all of the “camp favorites” like swimming, arts and crafts, basketball, volleyball, and hiking. We offer tons of unique activities like experiencing the aquapark, woodworking, ice cream for breakfast, horseback riding, and much more! Camp gives children a solid foundation that lasts a lifetime, and equips youth for success by building them up and giving them the gifts of confidence, faith in God, and a healthy self-esteem.
My daughter’s camp experience was fantastic and she is already asking about next summer. I would wholeheartedly recommend this camp to other families.
All my kids still sing all the songs they learned from camp. From my oldest to my youngest, it gives them a way of bonding and when they are sad they sing the songs they learned.
My child’s favorite part of camp was everything from Bible study, to singing, to the arts and crafts, to meeting new friends.
I loved staying out in the Wilderness and building campfires.
My counselors are amazing. Not only are they fun and kind, but they are strong when talking about God. They always have the right words.
The faith message we send is a message that encourages youth to grow in their love and knowledge of Jesus Christ. An essential part of the camp experience is spiritual growth – gaining a better understanding of what it means to be a Christian in relationship to God, to others, and to the environment. While we are an official extension of The United Methodist Church: we have found that 25 percent of our campers come from other churches or have no church affiliation. Adult leaders are sensitive to the differing backgrounds represented, while striving to make the Christian life real by presenting God’s word and love as shown in Jesus Christ. Programs are designed to be age appropriate and include music, worship, drama, Bible exploration and memorization, and prayer.
