Site Work Days

Each work day will be spent ensuring that Aldersgate looks it’s best! In the spring, help us prep to open site for a busy season of campers and guests. Autumn dates will be spent preparing for another winter. Work is available for all skill and ability levels, with lunch provided.

Open House

June 6, 2026      |     1 – 4 pm

Come on out to Aldersgate for an afternoon around site! Plenty of activities will be set up, with the opportunity to take a tour, and grab a snack from Walker Dining Hall. Bring the whole family for a beautiful afternoon in the Adirondacks.

Family Life Weekend

July 17 – 19, 2026

Introduce your family to a Christian camping experience. Moms, Dads, kids, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins are all welcome! Enjoy swimming, square dancing, and all-family softball game, special teen times, relaxing, and enjoyable fellowship with other Christian families.

Men’s Retreats

May 1 – 2, 2026

$125 per person

A retreat for men to connect with one another in nature… and the kitchen! Work with personal home chef, Ryan Webb, as he leads instruction for creating dinners at home. When not in the kitchen or around site, Rev. Nick Bufano will gather the group for devotional and reflection time.

September 18 – 19, 2026

$100 per person

Head to camp before the busy-ness of holidays begins to find respite in nature and fellowship with peers. Lead by Revs. Bill Mudge and Nick Bufano, this overnight will be a time of reflection sure to prepare you for the upcoming season.

Women’s Retreats

Chocolate Retreat:
May 15 – 16, 2026

$125 per person, includes supplies

Join us at Aldersgate for a night of chocolate making, community, and diving into faith journeys together. Our 2026 retreat will have new sweets and experiences for attendees! Hosted by Rev. Dr. Pam Harris and others, this retreat is sure to be a time of relaxation and fellowship.

Baking Retreat: 
November 6 – 7, 2026

$125 per person, includes supplies

Join Jaclyn Boroff, Owner and Baker at The Humble Loaf Bakery (Sanford, ME) to learn a specialized technical baking skill. Spiritual formation lead by Rev. Dr. Pam Harris will ensure a time of personal growth, alongside new and old friends.

Adirondogs

September 5, 2026

$65 for one participant & pup; +$15 per person

Bring your pup to camp! This day long program will provide an opportunity to play and relax alongside other pet-friendly families. Not only will there be camp-specific activities, tailored to our fluffy friends; a local groomer and trainer will be on-site to offer sessions for your interests. 

Includes lunch and your a take home snack for your best pal.

Festival of Trees

December 12, 2026

1 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Kick off the Christmas season at Aldersgate! The Walker Dining Hall will be lined with decorated Christmas trees donated by local businesses for a blind auction, and the Stacy Dining Room will host a start-of-season craft fair to get your shopping wrapped up early (or started). Cocoa and cookies will be available.
